Our Team

Alena brings to Kondoskal CPA, PLLC more than 15 years of accounting, auditing, and tax experience.  She has spent her entire professional career in public accounting, which featured 7 years at Ernst & Young. Alena worked closely with public and privately held businesses in various industries, she handled compliance work and financial statement reviews, as well as operational audits, pension plan audits, and integrated audits, received multiple Ernst Young Recognition Awards for outstanding customer service. A true ‘people person,’ she believes “there are no small or large clients and no small or large amounts. Every client is important and every penny counts.”
