Alena Kondoskal, CPA, is the founder of Kondoskal CPA, PLLC and brings more than 15 years of accounting, auditing, tax, and financial management experience. Her background includes seven years at Ernst & Young, where she worked with public and privately held businesses across multiple industries on tax compliance, financial statement reviews, operational audits, pension plan audits, and integrated audits. Alena also brings hands-on controller-level experience with nonprofit finance, budgeting, internal controls, and day-to-day financial operations.

Known for responsive service and practical guidance, Alena works closely with individuals, small businesses, and organizations that need accurate tax preparation, year-round accounting support, and thoughtful financial advice. She believes every client matters and every dollar counts.
